These Terms govern your use of mycommun. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. About mycommun
mycommun is a free platform for government job aspirants offering job notifications, daily practice questions, mock tests, a PYQ library, exam travel planning, and a community to connect with educators. The platform is operated from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One person should maintain one account. You may optionally link an email address and set a password for additional sign-in options.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content; not to spam or harass other users or educators; and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Points & Rewards
Points are earned through genuine activity such as solving daily questions, maintaining streaks, and successful referrals. Points have no cash value except as redeemable rewards offered within the Shop. We reserve the right to adjust point values, reverse fraudulently earned points, and modify the rewards catalogue.
5. Job Information & Third-Party Links
Job notifications, results, and exam information are aggregated for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, you should always verify details on the official recruiting authority's website before acting. Travel, stay, and product links may be from third-party advertisers; we are not responsible for their services.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post but grant mycommun a licence to display and distribute it within the platform. Educator content remains the property of the respective educators.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. mycommun is not liable for missed deadlines, application errors, or decisions made based on information found here. Always rely on official sources for final decisions.
8. Changes & Contact

1. Information We Collect
We collect your mobile number (for sign-in), and any information you choose to add: name, email, education, category, domicile, exam preferences, profile photo, and content you post. We also collect basic usage data to improve the platform.
2. How We Use It
Your profile information is used to match you with eligible job notifications and to auto-fill applications. Your activity drives points and streaks. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. What Others Can See
Your display name, handle, bio, and posts are visible to the community. Sensitive profile details (category, IDs, contact information, documents) are private and never shown publicly. You control your visibility settings in Account Settings.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Never share your password or OTP with anyone.
5. Advertising & Cookies
We show advertisements (including education, travel, finance, and book partners) to keep the platform free. Advertisers do not receive your personal data from us.
We use third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to mycommun and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using non-essential advertising cookies. Some affiliate links may also set cookies to attribute referrals.
6. Your Rights
You can edit or delete your profile information at any time. To request full account and data deletion, contact support@mycommun.com.

Enter your mobile number on the Sign In screen, accept the Terms, and verify with the OTP sent to your phone. That's it — your account is created.
Email sign-in is available only for existing users who have linked an email and set a password in Account Settings. New accounts must be created with a mobile number.
Solve daily questions (+1 each), maintain a 7-day streak (+50), and refer friends (+100 once they complete their profile and solve 10 questions). Redeem points for book discounts and more in the Shop.
